Baked Potato Topping

1/4 tsp Onion salt
1/4 tsp Season salt
1/4 tsp Dried Chives
2 tsp Butter Buds

Cajun Spice

1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tsp dry basil
1 1/2 tsp crushed bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp coarse-ground black pepper
1 tsp each ground white pepper
1 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp ground allspice

Chinese Five Spice

2 Tbsp fennel seed
2 Tbsp Szechwan peppercorns
4 star anise
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp whole cloves

Dessert or Hot Cereal Spice Blend

3 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp dry ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp mace

Herbs de Provence

2 tablespoons dry basil
4 tsp oregano leaves
2 tsp marjoram leaves
2 tsp tarragon
2 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp dry mint leaves
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp rosemary leaves
1 tsp lavender

Italian Seasoning Mix

2 Tbsp dry rosemary leaves
3/4 tsp fennel seed
1/4 cup oregano leaves
1/4 cup basil leaves
3 Tbsp parsley leaves
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dry thyme leaves

Sweet Curry

2 Tbsp ground coriander
